Our Shipping Policy

Item Shipped from Canada

Shipping time is about 5-7 business days cross Canada. For US, you may be charged additional duties and tax. Please Note: Express mail, Fedex or UPS. You will be charged separately for shipping on these orders. Listed price does not include shipping and handling fee. Unspecified shipping location means item will be shipped out from Canada.

Item Shipped from Japan

Item will be shipped from our Japan dealer after your order has been processed. Shipping fee is included for all Canada and US residents in our listed price. Applicable duties and taxes will be extra. For residents living outside of Canada or US, please contact us for International Shipping quote. We ship all parts by Air Express. Expected time arrival is about 1-3 weeks.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. We offer a 30day return policy on all orders except for special order parts, used parts and electrical parts. We charge a 30% restocking fee on all orders unless it was our error. All shipping must be pre-paid by the customer. To return an order from us you MUST email: info@getjdmcars.com with a full reason for the return, full name and email address you ordered with. You will be emailed within about 4-5 business days.
